Dunwoody Marriage License Requirements

Both people must come to the courthouse at the same time. Each person must bring a valid photo ID. A driver's license, passport, state ID, or military ID will work. Social Security numbers are also required.

Previously married applicants must bring a certified copy of their divorce decree, annulment order, or death certificate. Georgia does not require a blood test for a marriage license. You must be at least 18 years old. A 17-year-old may apply only with a court order proving emancipation. No one under 17 can get a marriage license in Georgia.
